Just because we do not have litters on the ground right now does not mean Cut'n Loose Stockdogs isn't planning for the future. Keep an eye on this page for some exciting plans for 2026 - early 2027.

BREEDING PLANS FOR 2026

Whenever I research a cross, a lot of planning goes into it. Years of watching dogs work and looking through pedigrees. I'm lucky to have known and watched many dogs through the years work cattle and sheep. While I enjoy a good working dog, if they can't handle cattle in the real world it is a dog I'd pass over. We ranch. We run cattle and sheep needing a dog that can move them and stop them. It's important in how we choose those we breed.

Roo will be bred to GW summer of 2026
I plan to get some more "ranch-type" working dogs from this cross. Dogs that think and are problem solvers. I don't have time to always tell them what to do. This cross will have some grit.
